Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cooked Quinoa
  • ½ cup Chickpeas
  • ½ cup Spinach
  • ¼ cup Bell Peppers
  • 1 tbsp Tahini Sauce

Preparation

    Cook quinoa as per packet instructions.

    In a bowl, combine chickpeas, spinach, and bell peppers.
